Hill becomes managing broker in Brunswick

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, a residential real estate brokerage firm, recently announced that Madeleine Hill has been hired as the vice president and managing broker of its Brunswick sales office.

Hill brings more than 10 years of real estate experience in the region with a focus on island and waterfront residential sales.

“Madeleine’s commitment to client services and her strong understanding of Maine’s real estate market have led her to great success throughout her career. Madeleine’s experience and knowledge will continue to serve her well as she works with this talented group of real estate agents,” said Merit McIntyre, president, of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.

Hill, a coastal Maine native, joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from Roxanne York Real Estate.

Hill has been active in numerous organizations, was awarded local Realtor of the Year in 2017, and currently serves as the president of both the Merrymeeting Council and the Mountains to Shore board of Realtors.

Hill grew up in Wiscasset and now lives in Brunswick with her family.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and became licensed to practice real estate in 2007.
